To provide our clients with an all-rounded legal service, we have set up an association with Patrick Chu, Conti Wong Lawyers LLP, which is established Hong Kong law firm that specialises in civil and commercial litigation, insolvency and restructuring, trusts and assets protection, wills and probate, employment matters, conveyancing, matrimonial, and other general practice. The association would allow us to provide a focus on corporate finance to our clients while providing other key legal services through Patrick Chu, Conti Wong Lawyers LLP.

Based in Hong Kong, Prosynergy is a boutique consulting firm that acts as a trusted advisor to their clients, offering regulatory and compliance services. They specialize in serving financial institutions (including broker-dealers, investment banks, asset management firms, retail and commercial banks, fund houses, and other organisations.

Their team comprises of members with extensive regulatory experience in the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong, and possess comprehensive regulatory and compliance knowledge, fusing experiences in in-house securities firms and banks, and understand their clients' business and needs. Their experience enables them to provide all-encompassing solutions for their clients, and they pride themselves on building strong working relationships with their clients and look for innovative ways to offer efficient, effective, and quality services to their clients.

Peregrine Company Limited

We are also in collaboration with Peregrine Company Limited, a consulting firm based in Hong Kong, to provide our clients with additional support in their compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) regulations, in particular IPO requirements and corporate finance transactions, in Hong Kong.

 

With team members who have over 10 years of experience in The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited specialising in IPO transactions and corporate finance transactions, Peregrine possesses extensive regulatory knowledge in relation to the HKEX regulations. Their experience enables them to understand their clients' business and needs and allows them to effectively provide concise solutions for their clients. They pride themselves on offering tailor-made solutions and quality services to their clients.
